Come to find out, after being promised that four new tires were put on this vehicle...the tire went bad within the first year!! After trying to get help from the management they claimed that I was not told that (calling me a liar essentially) and would not uphold their bell care that was in MY contract!!! Which raised the price! All of the management their is not customer service oriented and frankly offensive and incompetent... I sold the vehicle because I found out three days ago that it had a dirty carfax, which was not shown to me and that it had many other issues with it even though I took it regularly for service. DO NOT BUY A CAR/SUV AT BOB BELL!!!!!! More
Bought a 2010 Dodge Caliber, car was nice, low miles and sold itself. My problem is that the car pulled to the right a little during the test drive. I thought air pressure was low in the right front tire an sold itself. My problem is that the car pulled to the right a little during the test drive. Tire pressure was good on tires so I called the dealership about the front end alignment that should've NEVER passed a Md State inspection. I had to pay $63 myself for the alignment after getting run around by EVERYONE at Bob Bell Chevrolet. Problem 2; The car had only ONE key with no remote. Mark Conrad (my salesman) said "no problem I will call the previous owner myself and get the remotes, It was just traded in here". He and the used car manager both said if they could not retrieve the remotes they would get me the remotes, no problem. So at their word I said okay great and took the car home that evening. Well I have made TWO payments on the car and I am still using the CRAPPY SPARE KEY TO GET INTO MY CAR! I learned a valuable lesson from this experience, GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING ON THE CONTRACT BEFORE YOU TAKE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE. I found this car on Auto Trader online and did get the deal that I wanted. BUT IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS AFTER THE SALE THAT MAKE YOU GO BACK AGAIN OR GIVE A REFERRAL TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I think that I will remove the Bob Bell logo and tag holder from my car today, after all that is free advertising for the dealership. Thank you. More
Sam was awesome, no pressure but did his best to get us the vehicle we wanted and was able to get it into our price range. Sam was extremely friendly as were the other staff membes we dealt with to cmplet the vehicle we wanted and was able to get it into our price range. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with salesman, and I use that term loosely, Sunny. His appearance was certainly appalling, when I arrived he was outside smoking his clothes were wrinkled. I'm not sure why he couldn't look professional like the other salesman. He also spoke very unprofessionally, he repeatedly addressed me as "yo". For example; he was showing me a car and said "I know, all you gotta do is put money down yo". I couldn't even stand the stench of smoke on him so I didn't even test drive the vehicle I had interest in. He represented the company in a very bad way and I ultimately purchased my vehicle elsewhere. More

I started car shopping over a month ago, and Rob has been wonderful through and through! I wasn't ready to buy for a few weeks but Rob kept his eye out for deals and politely contacted me once a week to make wonderful through and through!
