2 THUMBS UP. these guys are great! my salesmans name was Brandt Bell. Brandt Bell did whatever he could to put me in my new truck. It was definitely a no pressure sale which made me want to buy from them even more. Kyle the Finance Manager went above and beyond to get us right where we wanted to be payment wise. When the deal was done and we were waiting to leave and quite happy with our purchase, Kyle came and said after we left the room he still worked to get us a lower interest rate. We signed new papers and got an even lower payment!! Who does that? Defintiley not other dealers...Today I called Allen because after two days of having the car, someone scratched it and he is helping me take care of it. THE SERVICE HERE DOES NOT STOP after the sale. I will come back for all my cars in the future. If you are reading this and looking for a car and trying to decide where to go, I urge you to come here and ask for Allen. You will not be disappointed!! More

I live in Baltimore City, so Bel Air seems like a long way to go to buy a car, but not really! Driving the extra distance was worth it because Bob Bell Chevrolet made the purchasing process for my new/use way to go to buy a car, but not really! I submitted a request online to be contacted via email with vehicles that fit my request before i started my search. I recently purchased a used 2011 Traverse under the agreement that certain flaws would be fixed (otherwise I would not have bought the SUV). I have this on paper ("We Owe You" sheet) in the salesman's agreement that certain flaws would be fixed (otherwise I would not have bought the SUV). I have this on paper ("We Owe You" sheet) in the salesman's handwriting and signed by the store manager! Several things on the "We Owe You" list provided by Bob Bell went unattended completely and a couple of the ones that were suppossed to be fixed, were actually repaired adn very poorly, to the point where the leather repair looks worse than it did (different color and still ripped). I was told this would be factory warranty covered and completely replaced, only to pick it up repaired and still flawed and to here from the manager that "I bought a used vehicle and he addressed some of the things". To top it off I got my vehicle back with a chipped windshield that magically appeared even though it was not there prior to dropoff. It took the return period alone(3 days) to get my vehicle fixed even though I was told it would be one day, and I had to wait a week for that dropoff day (past the 3 day return policy) basically voiding that feature offered by Bob Bell. In short I feel scammed and lied too and received my vehicle back with several thing unadressed and/or flawed worse. All in all a terrible experience and I highly reccomend using a different dealership unless you want deception and poor service. More

Terrible constumer service. Wouldn't work with the constumer. Broke a verbal agreement to purchase a used car at this dealership. After a Nightmare of a visit with Another dealer in our area, I had no intentions of getting through buying another car without a hassles or headaches. From the moment I drove up to the day I drove off w area, I had no intentions of getting through buying another car without a hassles or headaches. From the moment I drove up to the day I drove off with my new car I didn't experience ONE single issue, everything went so smooth and so easy, I didn't believe it could happen ! Mr Walters ( Sam) was not only knowledgeable but extremely attentive and never once made me feel as if I was non important. After the Purchase of my car Sam still offers me any assistance I may need with My new Chevy Sonic, WHICH I LOVE !!!! I sent My friend to him and he also purchased a vehical from Sam. Entire staff willing to assist and make accomodations as possible with extenuating circumstances of a return customer.
