Miscommunication/True low quality salesman I promise you that you will waste your time and/or MONEY doing any business with Bob Bell. I went to get my car serviced and it they did not follow th I promise you that you will waste your time and/or MONEY doing any business with Bob Bell. I went to get my car serviced and it they did not follow their word. They said that they were going to put me in a rental and BOB BELL Hyundai will pay for it. However, after 3 months later I got hit with a 2K payment from enterprise car rental. All because unorganized, unprofessional, VERY FORGETFUL EMPLOYEES at BOB BELL Hyundai decided not to do there job. More

Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonde I would really like to thank Bob Bell Hyundai's service department. I've owned two Hyundai Accents. Every time I go in for an oil change, it's a wonderful experience. They are professional and very efficient. I was quoted a 1 hour wait time, and they were done in under an hour. I recently had an issue with my car and they got to it first thing in the morning. Everyone was very helpful in answering my questions. I also appreciate their shuttle service if you live within miles. Their service department and their sales department are excellent.
