Other dealers asked that I come in even though I told them I had already test driven the vehicle and knew exactly what I wanted. They didn't wish to negotiate on a best offer, except Bob Bell and one other local dealer. This saved me countless hours and allowed me to enjoy time in between emails with my family or getting work done. They did a great job detailing the car and explaining all the features. The car rides great and I feel that I got value for my money. I did feel that I was low balled on my trade-in on their initial offer but they worked with me when I showed them my research in its value. More

The GM tried his best to rectify the sale, but Sam completely ruined it and the looks we received from the other employees while patiently waiting made us uncomfortable. We heard great things about this dealership and that is why we traveled out of state to purchase from them but nobody should have to be at a dealership for 3 hours waiting to hear something from the sales rep and nobody should feel belittled by the sales rep and on top of that nobody should have to down 7 1/2 hours at a dealership. Once again thank you Bob Wells and General Manager for your strong customer service but our experience was not a good one overall. More
