Don't get service done here! I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible!!!! Purchased the extended maintenance warranty and did my part bringing my car in every 10,000 miles I would give this dealership 0 stars if possible!!!! Purchased the extended maintenance warranty and did my part bringing my car in every 10,000 miles. Part of this service is tire rotation. At 30,000 my two front tires are worn down to the wear bars and the back tires are brand new looking! Brought my car to two different independent tire stores and BOTH places said there was no way they were ever rotated. I took pictures of the tires and brought them to the service manager expecting them to at least pay for half of the cost of new tires. The manager pretty much called me a liar stating that his paperwork said they did it so they must have!!!!! I will drive the 40 minutes out of my way to go to Suncoast!! Make sure you check your car after you have it serviced here!!! More

Went there for 10K service on my 2014 Touareg. They forgot to put oil in my car. After driving a short distance I discovered the oil level was at the minimum level. I returned and discovered that They forgot to put oil in my car. After driving a short distance I discovered the oil level was at the minimum level. I returned and discovered that the technician had not put new oil in my car! The technician had gone home so another technician put oil in my car. This was after waiting 3 1/2 hours after being told it would take just 2 hours. The explanation I got from the service advisor was that sometimes its difficult to know how much oil to put in these new cars. Incredible! I will never go back to Boast Volkswagen in Bradenton, Florida and advise others to stay away as well. More

The gentlemen that helped me with my brakes were very courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even offering me a drink while I waited for service. Although I was unhappy abou courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied even offering me a drink while I waited for service. Normally when a female goes into a car service center or dealership, they feel uncomfortable... the employees at Bob Boast made me feel very comfortable and at ease. We just moved to Florida in April 2013 and have always had our VW Beetle) serviced by our VW dealer in Delaware (Smith Volkswagen). We were due for an oil change and brought it in to your dealership.
