Collision Repair My 2015 Dodge Challenger was significantly damaged by a semi. They kept us informed of the status of the repairs and made sure that it was absolutely perfect when they returned it to me. The quality of the repair was outstanding. You can't tell the car was damaged in any way. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable through the entire process. I also had the opportunity to speak with the gentleman who detailed my car (I forget his name) and it was impressive to see someone who takes so much pride in his work!! Outstanding service on all levels!!!! More

WE have been purchasing vehicles for 40 years and this is by far the most pleasant experience we have had. He completed all the work to set up the "Sync" system and patiently explained how to use the services. He went over the entire car with us and actually spot cleaned some spots himself. Chris and Jim went over and beyond helping us get what we wanted with our trade in and the price we wanted to pay out the door. This was the first time that buying a car wasn't a big hassle for us and we drove off in the car we wanted and not the one forced on us. The follow up call from Chris the next day to see if we got home ok and if everything was fine with the car was another first, we will be coming back to this dealership as long as they will have us. At the end of the 3 year lease we purchased our 2008 Lincoln MKZ. Bayana was our sales person - She was absolutely fantastic! Bayana was very patient with us and offered several options but after several months, we decided to purchase our leased vehicle. Bayana told us I want you to be happy with your decision - She said If my customers aren't happy then I have not done my job - I want every customer to walk away from here happy and saitisfied. Bayanna is to be commended - SHE SHOULD BE THE MANAGER - Bayanna knows how to treat people - Bayanna should also be TRAINING MANAGERS on how they should treat people - It's not about the sales for the month - It's about the way you treat people and how you make them feel when they walk away from your dealership - After all they are spending their money! I have seen Bayanna interact with other customers and she makes every customer feel important.
