"Terrible customer Service"

I came in for an oil change yesterday, November 24, 2018. As always, your service department was wonderful! I’ve always recommended Bob Boyte because of the great service and because I had such a great experience buying a car in 2017. While I was in yesterday, I wanted to look at used cars as I was thinking of trading in and downsizing. After nearly 2 hours I was finally shown the used car I wanted to look at (after being shown a new car) but was unable to drive it as it was being detailed. I returned yesterday evening, drove the car, and loved it! However, it turned out that financially I would be better off leasing a new vehicle. Negotiations were made and papers were ready to be signed. However, I explained multiple times to multiple people that I was unsure about buying a new car (I’ve bought 1 new car in 12 years; I keep my cars!) and would like to “sleep on it” before making a decision. Because it is, after all, MY decision and MY money. When I asked for some time to decide, I was very rudely told something along the lines of no, I could not sleep on it and time had already been wasted. I would’ve loved to have made a deal but unfortunately that kind of customer service will not get my business.

"Always receive good service"

"2 Hour Wait and the oil light was not reset. "

Brought In a new 2018 Pilot for express service, but nothing was express about service. After 2 hours got in to drive off and oil indicator was still 20%. Did they really change the oil? I had a question about AC. Service consultant was no help, just put me off on whoever sold me the car. They did not try to help me with my question. Very disappointed with the level of service. I guess after they sale you the car, they are done with “The Deal”.
