I came in for an oil change yesterday, November 24, 2018. As always, your service department was wonderful! I’ve always recommended Bob Boyte because of the great service and because I had such a great experience buying a car in 2017. While I was in yesterday, I wanted to look at used cars as I was thinking of trading in and downsizing. After nearly 2 hours I was finally shown the used car I wanted to look at (after being shown a new car) but was unable to drive it as it was being detailed. I returned yesterday evening, drove the car, and loved it! However, it turned out that financially I would be better off leasing a new vehicle. Negotiations were made and papers were ready to be signed. However, I explained multiple times to multiple people that I was unsure about buying a new car (I’ve bought 1 new car in 12 years; I keep my cars!) and would like to “sleep on it” before making a decision. Because it is, after all, MY decision and MY money. When I asked for some time to decide, I was very rudely told something along the lines of no, I could not sleep on it and time had already been wasted. I would’ve loved to have made a deal but unfortunately that kind of customer service will not get my business.
