Last year was the latest purchase of a new 2013 Ford Escape SE, I was looking to upgrade my second vehicle. I was not pressured or shadowed in any sense of the words and allowed to look freely. After looking at the website and seeing it in person on settled on the 2011 Ford Fusion SEL. It was prepped well and looked like a new car. Mr. Pete Galioto has been my sales person over the years and caters to every need and works to get you what you want and where you want to be. His expertise and patience is appreciated by both my wife and myself. Matt Ellison helped us finance the vehicle did an excellent job in walking us through the paper work, explaining it, including the options that were available at the time of sale. 2015 Fusion I worked with Fran in sales and Matt in finance, and they were both very helpful throughout the whole process. Fran never pressured me into anything and exhausted every possible way to get more rebates and money knocked off the price of the Fusion. Matt was quick but thorough when going over the paperwork, and again never pressured me into anything. Fran took plenty of time to show me how to get everything set up with my car, and never seemed like my questions were ridiculous even though they probably were.
