Original: Even though I just placed an order and am expecting a long wait, I still wanted to be sure to leave a review for this dealership and their sales team, especially Bubba. I reached out to order a Bronco, wanting to purchase at MSRP plus Z-plan, and Michelle scheduled an appointment for me to come in within a couple weeks to do so. When I arrived, I was greeted by Bubba. We chatted while I poked around their Bronco demo in the showroom before going to his desk and getting down to the paperwork. After hearing horror stories of other dealers taking advantage of customers by tacking on ridiculous markups once their orders arrive, I was adamant on having a signing purchase agreement stating outlining the price at MSRP with the Z-plan discount. This was no problem for them and I left with just that. Bubba and I had some great conversation, probably me taking up far more of his day than I should have. I called him shortly after leaving with some more nervous questions and within a few hours of leaving I had an order confirmation emailed to me by Ford. I absolutely cannot wait to take ownership of my build and look forward to getting together with Bubba and the team again when that happens and beyond. Definitely not looking out for the customer please don't ever take your car here! The fixed something from my car, told me it was fixed and it wasn't and then charged me an additional 400 dollar please don't ever take your car here!
