"So far, great experience "

Bought a very low mileage Mustang convertible from Dave. No haggle on the price means I needed top price on my trade in. They gave me $1k more than Carmax was offering. They also matched the price of the extended warranty I was looking to buy from an out of state Ford dealer known for the lowest price. They’re replacing a side mirror with cosmetic damage by the previous owner and have agreed to upgrade the mirror upon my request with me paying the difference in price. Overall, a great buying and post sale experience. Highly recommend!!

"Unprofessional, discourteous and unreliable"

I bought my Focus ST elsewhere and was looking for a good service center. Someone recommended the Gillingham Ford location on Brookpark Road. My expectations were admittedly high since I was recommended by a family member of the owner, but my experience was anything but. First the service liasion Luis mislabeled my vehicle as an automatic and then went on to give me documentation about the automatic transmission that Focus' use, and went further on to tell me that the issue I described was common on these transmissions and that Ford was aware. Turns out that this was all wrong. The car still doesn't run right (6 months later) and everytime I call Luis, he just tells me "Ford hasn't come back with anything" and I get the feeling they may never. Don't trust this dealership, their "service" department or the owner, as he and his son told me they would personally manage my issue, only to be pushed aside and left with no options while no one was managing my issue. I bought a brand new vehicle, was told there's nothing they can do and I am left holding the bag. For clarification all four cylinders are mis-firing though not bad enough to signal a CEL event and I've been forced to live with a vehicle that doesn't run right and for which I am paying an arm and a leg.

"New tires"

When I was pricing tires for my truck I checked all over. Ford price matches and if the price changes in 30 day you can get the differance. My Goodyear tires needed to be ordered, they had them the next day and I was able to get a appointment that day. The tires were mounted and the alignment was done in a little over and hour. The waiting room was nice and everyone there knowledgeable and friendly.
