I was met by a Sean their salesma Awesome....Best Experience Ever! I stopped at Bob Hall's Mazda to look at a truck they had listed on their website. I was met by a Sean their salesman who was friendly and professional. We took the truck out for a test drive and Sean answered all my questions that I asked. There was no pressure to purchase the vehicle or any hard sale. I did decide to purchase the vehicle and Sean and his team did a great job getting me into this vehicle. They got me an extended warranty and kept me within my budget. They even gave me a very nice Mazda to drive while they repaired my brake light and blinker that wasn't working. Long story short 3 cars in 18 months. Prices were great as well as the staff but Sean stood out. We test drove several vehicles at several different dealerships and by far Sean was the nicest and easiest going person that we encountered. He was very knowledgeable and professional. 12 months later we were in the market again for another vehicle and we knew we were going back to Bob Hall and specifically Sean. He went above and beyond helping us get a newer CRV in the trim and color that we wanted and he spent countless hours trying to track down one for us since they were still new and very difficult to find yet alone in a specific color and trim. We were in contact for a few weeks and Sean kept us updated and was able to get us our CRV in the color and trim we had wanted. I can't tell you how stressful our car buying experience could have been and how disappointed we were when we kept getting calls, emails, and texts from other dealerships when we had given them specific date and time we would contact them. Sean always got back to us on the day he said he would and kept us informed through the whole process.
