I've taken my truck into them about 3 weeks ago to get my brakes pads done and an overall inspection.. they said , they recommended a tune up and a few other things that I was not having an issue with... thi brakes pads done and an overall inspection.. they said , they recommended a tune up and a few other things that I was not having an issue with... this week my engine is ticking ( never had this issue) I take it back in and now I need over 8k worth of work and my truck won't accelerate correctly and the check engine light is on... I will.never do business with them ever !! More

The service department had to troubleshoot my electrical problem back in March 2024 they fixed my problem I spent over $950.00. I had to bring it back with the same issue in October. They ordered parts that problem back in March 2024 they fixed my problem I spent over $950.00. I had to bring it back with the same issue in October. They ordered parts that I paid for up front. The got them but needed more parts. I paid for them. Now I’m waiting for those parts back order until December. Once they get the parts we will be into late December.
