I recently took my 2000 Silverado into Bob Howard Chevrolet's service department for a wheel alignment and a general check-over. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. The service advisor was friendly, professional, and really listened to what I needed. They got my truck in quickly and kept me updated throughout the process with clear explanations and no upselling or pressure. The technicians did a thorough job on the alignment and performed a solid inspection, pointing out a couple of minor things but nothing major — which was a relief for a 25-year-old truck that's still going strong. Everything was completed on time, the work was done right, and the pricing was fair and transparent. I really appreciated how respectful they were with my older vehicle and how knowledgeable the team was about it. If you're in the Oklahoma City area and need honest, quality service on your Chevy (especially if it's an older model like mine), I highly recommend Bob Howard Chevrolet Service. I had a coupon for an $89. 95 brake replacement. They immediately tried to upsale me to brake and rotor resurfacing for $329. I told them know, just the $89.95 brakes. They the 95 brake replacement. They then came back and said they could not use those brakes on a 3/4 ton truck, but would use aftermarket brake pads and would not warranty the pads or their work for $199.99. Needless to say, I went with the $329 job. However, it is strange that the coupon for the $89.95 was sent to me, my name, and of course my truck. So, why could they not honor my 3/4 truck when that model was on the coupon. Very unprofessional. More
