In this case, the challenges stemmed from your aftermarket warranty company's requirement to supply used parts for the repair. Unfortunately, this process created delays beyond our direct control, as we had to wait on those parts to be shipped and approved before moving forward. Additionally, the original driveline issue ultimately caused damage to the transmission, which made the repair more complex than initially expected. That said, we understand how difficult this was for you, and we sincerely regret the inconvenience and the length of time your vehicle was down.
