The dealerships have just found a less stressful way of pressuring buyers to purchase vehicles. I spent my time from 9am til 2pm at dealership and frankly bought a vehicle that was not what I wanted. Sales rep was Falilou Faye. He was outstanding to work with. Only snag I had occurred as follows. About 30 hrs after I picked up my new truck I realized I had left my binocul He was outstanding to work with. Only snag I had occurred as follows. About 30 hrs after I picked up my new truck I realized I had left my binoculars in the left rear side door pocket. I realized they could likely be gone by that time but I called for Mr Faye to see if he would check. The man who took the call (don't know his name) said Mr Faye was not available but he would check out the situation and give me a call back. That is the last word I ever heard from the Bob Howard Group. More
