Second used car I have purchase from Group 1 with issues this year. Last time I will purchase and will tell everyone I know to avoid. First car was over $34,000 and within 200 miles trim came off of it this year. Last time I will purchase and will tell everyone I know to avoid. First car was over $34,000 and within 200 miles trim came off of it and caused paint and body damage. The lot fixed the trim but refused to fix the paint damage. Also promised me multiple interior trim parts and never delivered. Second vehicle purchase made it a whole 79 miles before going into limp mode with reduced engine power. I had to troubleshoot and chase electrical issues with no help from the dealer. You would think if someone spent 50k at a dealer they would do something in return to retain that customer for the next purchase. Shame on me for trying a 2nd purchase. More

After noticing a bubbling along the upper dash of my 2023 Corvette Z 06 and given the car’s pedigree and wanting to maintain OEM aesthetics I was selective about where to take it to get it repaired. My service advisor at Bob Howard Chevrolet Brandon Hook immediately recognized the issue as a known defect affecting some C 8 dashboards and that it was under factory warranty. Installation took two days. The replacement dash was a perfect match and it looks great. I can’t say enough about the quality of the workmanship and Brandon Hook walking me through the process and keeping me advised every step of the way. I will continue to use Bob Howard Chevrolet for all my maintenance and repairs. More

Only small complaint I have is that the car I got have scratch/scuff marks and a dent low on the back bumper. Yes I should have seen it while looking it over. But they never brought it to my attention either. It wasn’t until after I had left and saw it the next day. I talked to the manager and he basically said, well you got a chance to look at it, so you should’ve seen it. With no solution offered. So I think that could’ve been handled better. Went in for an oil change & to get a quote for a TPM. They ran it through and forgot to check the TPM- I saw them circle my car back around and update me about the TPM. They somehow managed to disconnect They ran it through and forgot to check the TPM- I saw them circle my car back around and update me about the TPM. They somehow managed to disconnect the other 3 TPMs and told me they would come back on after i fixed the broken one.they wanted to charge $200 for the sensor and didn’t even have the part so couldn’t fix it if I wanted them to. Bathrooms were in disrepair. Crew was not helpful. Not happy. More
