I am very dissatisfied with this car dealership service department . My request was to replace the exhaust, and the estimated time was 7 hours. In fact, it took me 23 days. I sent the car to the dealership on March 26 as scheduled. Before that, I had prepared all the parts. It was not until April 18 that I was notified to pick up the car. In fact, they did not replace the exhaust for me until April 17. Why did it take so long? The answer is that they thought I had other cars to drive so I was not in a hurry and repaired other customers first. More
