Friendly service from the workers, the wait was almost 1. 5 hours longer than what I was told it was going to be when I set up the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, I pulled into the service 5 hours longer than what I was told it was going to be when I set up the appointment. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30, I pulled into the service bay at 1:20, didn’t leave until almost 4:00pm. But again, the crew members and people I interacted with were super friendly, and multiple people checked on me after noticing I’d been waiting for awhile, which was nice. Made me feel better about waiting so long knowing every person working in the service shop offices were attentive and I feel like they genuinely cared about my time, despite the unexpected wait. 10/10! More

This is a very easy review for me to write, in that don't have anything bad to say. This was the second truck that I purchased at Bob Howard in three months ( It's a long story!) I live almost two hour don't have anything bad to say. This was the second truck that I purchased at Bob Howard in three months ( It's a long story!) I live almost two hours away, but my first experience went smoothly, so I considered them when it was time to shop again, and darned if they didn't have just the truck I wanted, which really says something because I am beyond particular. Distance was a huge consideration, because this time I didn't have a trade, but we had negotiated price on the phone, struck an understanding, and they sent a salesman ( Oscar) to pick me up. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of these days! The truck was just as promised when we arrived, and the whole buying experience went smoothly without surprises. I love the truck! Can I say here that I traded in a Ram last time? I shop other brands HARD, but Chevrolet has a real winner in the 2024 Silverado and thus it won out. I'm very pleased with both the truck, and the buying process at Bob Howard. To me it was well worth the drive, and I'll likely go back! More
