Great dealership! I bought my Nissan Murano from Bob Howard Nissan, and I have had all of my service performed by them. I have always had a good level of confidence in them. But today raised the bar. I came in today for a front break job, oil change, and also ordered the 12 point inspection. Thank goodness I did. I was already concerned about how my car was behaving last weekend. I am single and often drive to see friends or family 3 or 5 hours away. Last weekend I came home about midnight. The next day I had an appointment. When I got in the car to come home, the car almost didn’t start and then some of the accessories reset to 0. Today the problem was found during my inspection. Thank you so much for doing a thorough job! I has great mechanics and a great service representative with me today! My safety depends on my car. Thank you!! More
