The service department assisted me with contacting Nissan warranty and started the ball rolling. Warranty set the tow company up, towed to Bob Howard service department. I went in for an oil change on my 2024 Rogue. I didn’t buy it at this dealership, so I wasn’t sure how I’d be treated, but it was the best experience!
