If you go here, which I advise you don’t, do not work with Robert Tibbs. Terrible communication regarding what time the repair would be completed. I had to call him to even get the inspection report sent over to me. So I could approve repairs to even get my car worked on! He then seemed put out when I asked to go over the report. Lastly, as soon as he realized I wasn’t going for the exorbitant sum they quoted me on various repairs, he seemed quick to want to end the conversation. The only saving grace was Chris Stafford. He was AWESOME. He actually cared, and did all he could to help smooth over an otherwise terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. More
