I believe the oil change time is too long. I had an appointment at 10am and it took a hour and a half. It doesn’t take that long for a small car. Especially since there were two techs working I had an appointment at 10am and it took a hour and a half. It doesn’t take that long for a small car. Especially since there were two techs working on it. The other issues is I approved a $10 tire rotation. When checking out I was charged $14.50. I was advised it was for labor to put in washer fluid and other fluids. This was not told to me before being done. More
