From start to finish, they took every opportunity to screw me over... just a few of their slimy tatics include- trying to charge me for work they claimed on the Carfax was completed 6 weeks before I purchased the vehicle, forcing me to purchase warranties I didn't want (claimed the lender required them in order to get approved) and altering the final purchase price and warranty price on the final purchase paperwork! Thankfully, I was able to delay the bank funding the loan on the very day it was in the que to be funded! Now I get the pleasure of returning to the dealership and going head to head with the management TEAM (3 confrontational men against a single mom).... as if being taken advantage of and lied to wasn't enough the first time. More
