In the morning i asked the parts department for a simple replacement part that i needed for my Altima, i was told since they’re out of stock that they’d need to contact the manufacturer and then follow up w replacement part that i needed for my Altima, i was told since they’re out of stock that they’d need to contact the manufacturer and then follow up with me, okay sure no problem. At the end of the day no follow up, 1 day later still nothing, 2 days later still nothing, and after 4 days of no follow up from the parts department i then called “Orr Nissan West” as they were very professional and courteous they called up the manufacturer within the hour and called me back with pricing and availability so thank you to Orr Nissan West for their excellent service! Folks make sure to save your time, distress and less than subpar service by instead going to Orr Nissan West and trust me ya’ll wont regret it!!! More
