Very poor internal shop coordination internally as well as with me. Gave a big list of things wrong they wanted to address but didn't properly address the issues I asked them to fix. Then held the vehicle as with me. Gave a big list of things wrong they wanted to address but didn't properly address the issues I asked them to fix. Then held the vehicle awaiting full payment when all the wokk was not completed. Gave it back to me thinking the work was done and then wanted to shift blame onto me for lak of timely authorization. But I authorized within less than a half hour of motification. Being clear I won't do business here again. More
