I purchased a 2019 Nissan Armada with 35000 miles. I haven't even tagged the vehicle and already having problems...feeling scammed and hurt. I haven't even tagged the vehicle and already having problems...feeling scammed and hurt. More
Purchased a Nissan truck. Week later something wrong with suspension and they wouldn’t even cover it under the warranty. Week later something wrong with suspension and they wouldn’t even cover it under the warranty. More
I went into the Bob Howard Nissan Service Department, and Antonette was my customer care representative. It was a programming issue, ever since we bought the car from another dealer. Antonette checked my VI Antonette was my customer care representative. It was a programming issue, ever since we bought the car from another dealer. Antonette checked my VIN number and as I was buying a battery for the Key Fob, she ran inside and told me to stop, because my 2018 Nissan Rogue had a recall on the programming. Also, I live in Tahlequah, Ok., and my daughter goes to college in Fayetteville(which it is her car). Antonette not only caught the recall, she got the programming done the same day. People going the extra mile for someone is the best way to gain a customer and friendship. I appreciate your service and you gained a customer for life. -jason s. More
We purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder, that was supposed to be a Certified vehicle. We purchased this vehicle back in September 2021. It had to be returned for repairs because the engine started smoking. Bob Howard Nissan mechanics said the engine was shot and needed replaced. They initially stated the repairs would not be covered by the warranty, or the extended warranty. The vehicle stayed in the shop for most of Oct and the first part of November 2021. They returned the vehicle on November 8th and on November 9th it is being TOWED back to Bob Howard Nissan for ADDITIONAL repair. The vehicle will not go over 5 mph now. This is all from a certified inspected vehicle. I will never trust a car dealer again when they say the vehicle has been certified because that doesn't mean anything it is just a marketing scheme. Two months have past and the vehicle has been in the shop for most of that time. The only thing Bob Howard can do is provide a full refund for all my expenses on this certified piece of junk they sold me. It is too bad I cannot choose zero stars. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM BOB HOWARD. They lied about being a certified vehicle, they lied about the warranty not covering the repairs, they lied about actually fixing the vehicle. I want my money back for the total cost of the loan and tax, title. I am out a lot of money for a certified vehicle that I cannot drive because it is broke down all the time since being purchased less than two months ago. More
Take this low star rating seriously guys. This dealership is one of the worse I've experienced with no regard to customer service or the idea of happy returning customers. Kevin claimed he gave us the lowes is one of the worse I've experienced with no regard to customer service or the idea of happy returning customers. Kevin claimed he gave us the lowest price possible when it was actually listed on their website for over $600 cheaper (no fine print or internet specials.) We bought the car at night and when we had a chance to see it in the daylight the inside was disgusting. Called the dealer and left manager a message with no callback. Called back several days later and spoke with a Oman (supposed manager) who told us to bring it back up and they would give us a courtesy car while they redetailed it. We were treated very poorly returning it (Oman was there and knew what was going on, never even spoke with us) and had to wait hour to get the courtesy car. ALL OF THIS AND NOT 1 SINGLE APOLOGY OR SENSE OF ACCOUNTABILITY. Please don't bother responding with your generic message to give you a call. It is obviously as shallow as the sales, management, and service center. More
Save your money and go elsewhere. Nissan quoted me $1493.52, charged me $181.94 (which I think I rightfully should get back) just to look at the car and it’s cost me $85 total to get my car repaired e $1493.52, charged me $181.94 (which I think I rightfully should get back) just to look at the car and it’s cost me $85 total to get my car repaired elsewhere! While they wanted to replace the air compressor the actual problem was that the splash shield was loose and had to be replaced. I took my car in on Wednesday, nobody called with an update, my husband called to check the status and 5 minutes later they said I need to replace the air compressor, which I replaced 3 months ago. Not knowing any better we said go ahead on Thursday. Again, nobody called with an update so on Monday we checked on the status and they hadn’t ordered the part. Frustrated with the lack in communication and poor service I told them I was coming to collect my car. The cherry on top is that they called my husband to confirm as if me being the owner of the vehicle, the person who brought in the car and the person would be paying wasn’t the correct person to provide direction. I expressed my frustration when I came to collect my car and the lady said the Service Manager would give me a call, he never did. I called on Thursday and was on hold for forever so I called back for an email address, which they didn’t want to give me and put me through the voicemail. I asked for a call back in the voicemail and I’m still waiting 5 days later. Untrustworthy company that steals their customers money. Run fast and far. More
