WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE My wife was in the market for a new car. We arrived at the dealership preapproved with our own financing. We had a trade in and also a bottom line amo My wife was in the market for a new car. We arrived at the dealership preapproved with our own financing. We had a trade in and also a bottom line amount considering our budget and how much we were comfortable financing. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Austin. He introduced himself to us but did not shake our hands--not sure if he was overwhelmed that day but we appeared to be an intrusion. I told him my wife had contacted him through the USAA car buying service about a Murano; again he seemed a bit confused but eventually ushered us back to his office to wait while he located the vehicle. While in his office my wife remarked, "This somehow does not feel right to me." I encouraged her to see it though and at least test drive the vehicle. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO MY WIFE. After she returned from the test drive I explained to Austin that we had a bottom line that we were willing to finance and in addition we would put 1000.00 down out of pocket. He then left to talk with his sales manager. While we were waiting my wife again said she felt a bit uncomfortable with the whole experience. Austin returned about 20 minutes later with the offer. I saw that the offer was several thousand above our bottom line. I told Austin that we could not go above our bottom line, thanked him and asked him for the keys to our car. He got up and went into the sales manager's office. My wife and I looked at each other feeling like we were being held hostage. We walked out of the office into the showroom and stood outside the sales manager's office. The sales manager walked out--not in a friendly way--and reluctantly offered his hand. I explained that we had a bottom line that we could not go over and again asked for my keys back. He looked at me and said, "I just want to sell you a car, can we go down on the trim package?." Again I said, that's our bottom line, could I have my keys back?" My keys were brought out to me and the sales manager turned around angrily and while we were walking out said, "Crazy" My wife and young son were all within earshot. I am a physician, Army reservist and I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. In fact--titles aside--NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED WITH SUCH BLATANT DISRESPECT. I am a person who rarely gets rattled or loses my temper but after asking for my keys three times and being treated with such contempt and disrespect in front of my family I lost my temper. I went back to the sales manager's office raised my voice and said, "CRAZY? I WILL SLAM YOU ON THE INTERNET,' The behavior of the sales staff at this dealership and in particular this sales manager is reprehensible. I will NEVER return to this dealership nor will I ever refer a colleague or one of my trainees. More

The Worst Car buying experience! :-( I worked with three people, but mostly Sadia. Instead of leaving happy I was very disappointed and extremely irritated. She portrayed unprofession I worked with three people, but mostly Sadia. Instead of leaving happy I was very disappointed and extremely irritated. She portrayed unprofessionalism to the highest degree. I was given false information, contacted by phone in a rude manner, and she attempted to belittle me for wanting to go with a different company for extended warranty. The false information consisted of Incorrect prices, specific times given, and promises that were not kept. When I was contacted I didn't get a "hello..." Instead I got "I need you to come up here and get your car certified" The day I purchased the car (after being there for a long time given the run around...), I set an appointment with Sadia to have my car certified on Friday August 5, 2016 @ 9:00a.m. I received a text calls and texts to come on Tuesday and then Wednesday. I expressed that I was busy and had to come Friday. On Tuesday night she called me and said "I need you to come tomorrow at 11:30" I was not asked... I told her I couldn't because of work but that I could take a lunch break and go then if it doesn't take long. She told me it would for sure be done in 30 minutes because it doesn't take long. So I agreed to go Wednesday August 3, 2016 at 12:30. When I got there she was not ready for me. I spoke with her about my extended warranty offer with a different company, which she decided to say "that is the stupidest thing I've ever heard. Not trying to call you stupid but that is stupid" SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! Then she couldn't explain the cancellation process correctly but refused to let me speak with the finance department. She did not have a welcoming demeaner. The process that was supposed to only take 30 minutes, ended with me sitting in the showroom lobby for TWO HOURS plus... Promises that were not kept were giving me a rental car to drive while they worked on my car if it was going to be over 30 minutes and also pricing that was quoted for my monthly payment changed even though I initialed on a paper to pay that amount. I left the dealership over two hours ago and I am still upset. More
