When I first arrived at the dealership, I had to go inside the building to ask for a service even though I had an appointment. When the advisor came he first tried to give me a price that was over the inside the building to ask for a service even though I had an appointment. He told me that the car would go on inspection but I received no report on that. He told me that the car would be done in 35-45 minutes but I waited for more than an hour. BUYER BEWARE! Bait and switch at its finest. Advertise one price then want to sell for another. 2020 Maxima advertised for $20,171. After a lil back and forth I go Bait and switch at its finest. That was at 3:20 in the afternoon. Mind you my initial inquiry was at 10:12 in the morning. When I agreed on the purchase price of $20,870 a lil before 7:00pm, I was asked what I needed from the dealership. Thinking that was a weird question, I advised the sales order since I had my own financing. Never heard back until today, 1/3. I was advised we were too far off in price! HUH? THE COMPUTER made an error and now the sell price was $3000 more than the advertised/agreed upon price. So it took 7 hours to figure out, ‘the COMPUTER’ MADE AN ERROR?!? ANOTHER CASE OF BAIT AND SWITCH! NO HONESTY, NOR INTEGRITY!!! More
