Decided it was time to purchase a new (used) car....came to bob Howard on a whim, got the first sales person who was at the door....Thomas. Found a car that I liked and decided that we would sit down and talk it was your standard back and forth, I ended up walking out leaving a fair deal for the dealership on the table because he wouldn't agree to come down to my price. Thomas got me back in the door and closed the deal on my terms. Financing went well, all old news here...it was after the sale where they FAILED.... After financing and driving away in my new car I felt great. I knew that I needed to come back a few days later to turn in my trade in( traded a sight unseen). When I returned I mentioned that there were things missing from the new purchases that I wanted. Such as floor mats and a owners manual. Both of these items I had to haggle to get. After a no from Thomas and a manager, eventually they got both the floor mats and the manual, should not have been that hard... After that it was your typical waiting game for the title. 3 weeks went by, no title mailed. I called the dealership and they said that I should be receiving it later that week....waited 2 more weeks and nothing. At this time I called again, afraid that I would be getting a paper ticket any time and also having to pay an additional fine for the late tittle. After calling a second time thy assure me that I should have it that week. It finally was mailed 2 weeks later...only to have been notarized a full month after I had made the purchase, and received with only 3 days to register without any additional fees, and was lied to as to when it was mail. Overall, an expected buying experience, and terrible follow through at the end of the sale. I will NOT be doing business with bob Howard/Moore any time soon. More
We were hit by the May 20th tornado very stressfill time.. lost our truck we just payed off...went to Hudiburg on I-240 they did nothing told us we have this much off the Nissan frontier 2013 we were l time.. lost our truck we just payed off...went to Hudiburg on I-240 they did nothing told us we have this much off the Nissan frontier 2013 we were looking at went back then told us that was just for the holiday that was not what we were told..in beginning went to a few other places like Hudiburg they did not want to work with us..Bob Howard went all out...dropped the price 20% the salesman Huy told us he would help us move what was left in our home even if we did not purchase there..Wonderful people...this will be the only place we purchase a vehichle if needed again...Everyone there are great people..Thanks Bob Howard More
I buy new cars every year and normally find my cars online so when I visited this dealership I new the car I wanted and the price I was going to pay, it seemed that I knew more that the sales person an online so when I visited this dealership I new the car I wanted and the price I was going to pay, it seemed that I knew more that the sales person and this is after I visited this same dealership twice before to check this car and no one helped me. I purchased the car after all negotiations that ended up on exactly what I wanted ( why don't they do things they are supposed to do the first time? They would get better reviews and sales) at the end the finance manager, Mr. Brown, made me buy a gap insurance, something I did not want or need. After I brought this to his attention he lied to me saying that it was a requirement from Nissan, so I spoke tot the sales manager and they said it would be cancelled but would refuse to give me proof that they sent a request to cancel. I know they make a profit for selling but how much can they make out of an $800 sale? My frustration is that they lied to me, be aware. More

I went to Bob Howard looking for a new car after I had wrecked my beloved Pathfinder. The day I bought the car, everything went smoothly no major issues, the staff was friendly and competent. The day after I took the car home I got a phone call from the finance department saying that they signed me on a loan rate they could not back up! they wanted me to come back and sign a whole new loan for a 2% higher rate! From then on out the treatment I received from staff was abhorrent, I was sniped and snapped at, put on hold for so long that I gave up talking to them on the phone and went directly to the dealership. I ended up financing through a credit union instead, when I went to Bob Howard again to give them paperwork from my credit union for financing the loan officer looked at my credit union APR rate and quipped "Wow you must be good "friends" with someone important at the credit union." I can't believe how immature and incompetent the staff was at such a large and apparently successful dealership. I will not be going back and I will be telling everyone who will listen to look elsewhere when buying a car. More
For 5k miles, we absolutely loved our 2013 Maxima SV Premium Tech Package till it left us stranded in the middle of no where with only 5k miles. Apparently, the timing chain came off.
