This helped me to make a educated decision about purchasing this vehicle. I picked up the phone called in and the friendly receptionist connected me to Ms. Emily Darrow who actually answered her extension. She was pleasant in her tone and had a professional demeanor. I had several questions about the vehicle and if Emily did not know the answer she was able to provide one in a prompt and timely manner. I then knew I wished to make an offer and I was connected with Mr. Ryan Easter who was straight forward and was not into playing games. We arrived at a number we were both comfortable with and I was connected back to Emily to give my payment and personal information. It was a painless and pleasant process and to add to the purchase I was having the car shipped via auto transport at an additional charge that I set up prior and needed further assistance prepping the vehicle to which Emily was only happy to provide. I was extremely prepared and did my homework which helps ease the process. We went with Jass this time because of James, and because of the great selection. There were 9 models to choose from, and we got exactly what we wanted. There was never any pressure to get more than we needed. The opportunity to use an educator's slight discount was utilized, and ironically this was the first time we'd been offered it. Finally, the financing rate was a full percentage point lower than that which was offered by our other dealer, on a very similar model and terms. We look forward to working with the service department, in hopes that they meet our high standards set by our previous dealership.
