I needed to bring my car in Patrick for windshield and trim repair after an accident. Patrick was recommended by my insurance company (Geico), who have an office right on site. Rachel and the staff were able to get my car in within 24 hours, and the repair was finished the following day. Rachel was extremely friendly, helpful and the quality of work has top notch. Not only was the repair performed, but the car was detailed, both the interior and exterior. I'm extremely grateful that there are still dealers in the Rochester area that hold up such high standards in customer service, and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure customers are completely satisfied. After several visits for planned service we have been fully satisfied with all the work done. I feel we wait a reasonable time for the repair(s) or Service to be completed. I would not take our vehicle to any other location for service unless we are on a trip otherwise only Paticks for us. The repir hours are pretty good but some Saturday hours would be nice for the working folks, of which I am not longer. Waiting area is very plesant and clean as are the restrooms. More

Steve and Mario always write up the service quickly, correctly, and make sure that they check that their customers understand the work order. Typically, you receive a poker chip for a free cup of coffee, which is a nice perk. Steve and Mario will give a true estimate of completion time, and notify you immediatley if that time needs to be pushed out a bit. A prompt phone call is given when your vehicle is ready, which typically is paired with a quick free car wash. This dealership also makes followup phonecalls to ensure that your experience was good and that you have not had further problems with the vehicle. This dealership has been a real pleasure to do business with and I would highly recommend them. More
Great dealership. I leased a Jeep from them a while back (when they still leased Jeeps) and have been going to them for service ever since. I have a new Jeep and they are all certified to work on Jeeps sti (when they still leased Jeeps) and have been going to them for service ever since. I have a new Jeep and they are all certified to work on Jeeps still, so I prefer to go to them with service than to other Jeep dealers in the area. They are helpful polite and professional. The waiting area is very nice and quiet. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Service Dept, with special thanks to Steven far exceeded my initial expectations. I was visiting family for thanksgiving from Va when my 1998 GMC K1500(with only 294,000 miles, lol)broke a fuel pump on 390 my initial expectations. I was visiting family for thanksgiving from Va when my 1998 GMC K1500(with only 294,000 miles, lol)broke a fuel pump on 390 thanksgiving night. I was fortunate to have a friend in gates tow me to his house with a tow strap to clear it from the interstate. My next challenge was to get it fixed on the worst day of the year (black Friday). After calling around to shops that family members used, and listening to the song an dance of when they can fix it I decided to stop into Patrick and see what the chances were. I arrived about 0715 and noticed the cars already lining up for service work. I pulled on the door in the court yard and was greeted by a gentleman (my apologizes for forgetting his name)who said they open at 0730 and asked if I needed work and if my vehicle was in line. When I explained my situation he let me in and escorted me to the service dept and turned me over to Steven. My bad luck had just become his priority and he assured me that it would be fixed before close of business. I thought my next challenge was going to be getting it there but when I said I would start calling to have it towed Steven said he would take care of that as well. (my weekend was looking like it may end ok after-all). I gave him the address where the truck was and left to meet the driver. Unreal, by 0803 it was loaded on the flat bed and on the way to Patrick. After trouble shooting and a new GM pump installed I was on my way by 1600. The entire troubling shooting update and status was continually passed to me by Steven. I would like to express my thanks to ALL at Patrick with special thanks to Steven and the service Dept. My husband and I have been very pleased with the service we have received. Almost two years ago we purchased a 2010 Lacrosse which we really like. At the same time, we have had our 2001 Olds Aurora serviced we have received. Almost two years ago we purchased a 2010 Lacrosse which we really like. At the same time, we have had our 2001 Olds Aurora serviced at Patrick. We know the Aurora is a somewhat unusual car to service, but the service department has worked hard to repair the major oil leak and faulty exhaust system. We are very pleased with the quality of service. Dave Sanza, our Service Consultant, has been great to work with. We really appreciate his attention to detail and courteousness. Also, we purchased four studded snow tires for our 2010 Lacrosse. Rick Triest was a tremendous help. He researched the size of snow tire that could be studded and still installed on the Lacrosse, for no studded snow tires are available in the 248 R19 original equipment tire on our Lacrosse. We were able to buy four new rims and installed 235 R17's on the car. Again, Rick was really great to work with. Several times I have had occasion to use Patrick's shuttle service, both to my office at RIT and then back to Patrick in the evening. Mike, the shuttle driver (I am sorry that I don't have his last name.), is most accommodating. His directions and commitments to times are accurate and adhered to. He too is very courteous and concerned that the shuttle service furthers a very positive image for Patrick. Obviously, we are very pleased with the service and the product Patrick provides. I learned that it was covered by my GM warranty, and Patrick was literally down the road. My experience with them was great. I dropped the car off late night, and left a note in their drop box. It was quite late, but the place was well lit, and security was present. When they called me the next day, I let them know was on my way to California for Thanksgiving. They called me in California to let me know the work had been completed, and that my car would be waiting for me when I got back to Rochester. When I picked it up, the young lady behind the counter had a smile that lit up the room brighter than the parking lot. My overall experience at Patrick was wonderful.I would highly recommend this dealership. More
