Bad Brake job. Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads a Had front and rear brake pads and rotors done there less then two and a half years ago, cost over $800,00, Just had to replace the front brake pads and rotors again. Took it back to Patrick and they wanted to charge me $450 to replace them, even though they only lasted less then two and a half years. I declined and went to Dunn tire where it cost $309.00, with a life time warranty on the pads. I have never had pads and rotors that only lasted 2 years, Patrick must be using so cheap parts, and then do nothing to make things right. STAY AWAY FROM PATRICK PONTIAC !!!!! More

The repairs were scheduled to take at least a month as parts had to be ordered and the frame needed to be repaired also. Mark and Emily in the body shop kept me informed of their progress at least twice a week by text message and personal phone calls, The repairs were finished a week earlier then promised and a great job was done More

The service department is probably the most advanced and customer oriented in the area. When their was a problem with the new yukon John Tarplee went out of his way to make things right. Andrew Eaton is also very knowledgeable and treats a customer right. Their are closer GMC dealers, but I still drive the 30 miles to Patrick. More

Emergency repair needed. They took me in on short notice for a check engine light. I was leaving for Canada the next day.
