My experience at Patrick Service Department has always been a great experience. First of all being a woman, its tough going into dealerships and being treated seriously and with dignity. Mario has always listened to my concerns, understood and executed repairs quickly. The results are satisfying. No returns for the same problem. Courtesy is a big factor and going the extra mile for the client seems to be the mission of Patrick and of Mario Maimone. Service on my car is always scheduled to my convenience and the car is always ready as promised in good working order and a car wash to boot! I recommend Patrick Service all the time. More

We always get a call informing us of the problem before any work is done, the cost (if not under warantee),and approximately how long it will take. This helps so much to plan my schedule. I can't say enough about the great people who work at Patrick and the service they give! The service was very professional and quick. They kept in contact with me and made sure the job was done right. The work done is very good quality and you cant even tell the truck was repaired. I just wish you had cars like the Pontiac Sunfire that I purchased from you 9 years ago. The price was great and the car is still running great. You lost a good car when Pontiac went out. The cars you have now are too expensive for me. Some day when I will need to purchase a new car, I will have to look for a new dealer that has cheaper cars. I will miss this dealership and Mario when that happens. More

My wife and I have been Patrick customers since 1986 -- over 25 years. Lots of dealers can give you a good price on a car, but what REALLY matters is the after-sale service. At Patrick, Service Manager over 25 years. Lots of dealers can give you a good price on a car, but what REALLY matters is the after-sale service. At Patrick, Service Manager Jerry Kehoe sets a friendly, honest, dependable tone for his department. He's unquestionably the best service rep we've ever known, bar none; and his service crew is excellent, always willing to explain the problem and offer options. We've never felt overcharged or stuck with inferior work by the Service Department. When muffler and tire shops (invariably!) claim we need hundreds of dollars of work, we always check with Patrick first -- it's rare that any work is needed; and, except for muffler/exhaust and tires, we naturally have Patrick do whatever repairs actually are needed. Thanks to such excellent service, we've continued to buy our cars and have them serviced at Patrick, referring our friends and family there. More
Running boards on my GMC Denali would somtimes click really loud when standing on and when closing. Previou attempts to repair seemed to last only a little while. Dave suggested that they change the brackets holding the running board assembly. Parts were ordered and an appointment was made at my convienience. The repairs went quickly and appear to be working just fine. Dave also had good news saying that the repairs were going to be covered under the extended warrenty that I purched when buying the vehicle. More
I have been a customer of Patricks since 1990. I have bought two Vans from them in that time. The second VAN (2000 GMC SAFARI) is up to 173,000 miles now. The first van lasted 10 years and had 130,000 bought two Vans from them in that time. The second VAN (2000 GMC SAFARI) is up to 173,000 miles now. The first van lasted 10 years and had 130,000 miles on it when it was involved in an accident. I have had every regular service done at Patrick and all of them have been satisfactory. When something major breaks they have been very up front with estimates, and a couple of times even putting me in a rental car. I think that the only negative is that while they do good work, its expensive at least for major things. 3750, 7500, 15000, 30000, 60000, and 90000 mile services are reasonable cost and done in a day. More
