Horrible Dealership / Salesman I have leased two vehicles from Bob Johnson. The first experience was horrible but I related that to salesperson and the eagerness to push the deal wi I have leased two vehicles from Bob Johnson. The first experience was horrible but I related that to salesperson and the eagerness to push the deal without understanding all the requirements. Given I had thought it was just the salesperson as many that i have talked to gave glowing reviews of Bob Johnson i thought i would give the dealership a second chance. With no surprise the experience was just as bad if not worse. Sales man Karl Dilcher was clueless on the deal and actually shouldn't have been part of any discussion as he couldn't keep his facts straight. This was the last lease / purchase from Bob Johnson as i will be taking my business elsewhere. More

New Car Buying Experience Over the last several years, we have purchased or leased two Chevrolet products from Bob Johnson. Darwin has been our sales rep each time. In Novemb Over the last several years, we have purchased or leased two Chevrolet products from Bob Johnson. Darwin has been our sales rep each time. In November 2018, my 19-year old son and I came in to see Darwin again as my son was interested to see what products were available as he was thinking of trading in his vehicle. Darwin was very knowledgeable and patient as always and answered any and all questions that we had. My son decided to wait for a few weeks and came back to see Darwin at the end of December to purchase a 2018 Chevy Cruz Hatchback. Darwin was terrific walking him through everything that needed to be taken care of as it related to the sale of the vehicle. My son couldn't be happier with his new year. We will be back to see Darwin again when the need arises for another car! More

Dissapointed I leased a 2019 Chevy Equinox. Hector is a great salesman.The second day of driving it the windshield wiper fluid was out. This should have been fille I leased a 2019 Chevy Equinox. Hector is a great salesman.The second day of driving it the windshield wiper fluid was out. This should have been filled up I think. I loved my car for the first 130 miles. Till one morning driving to work the heat stopped working, alarm was going off for engine overheating. It was maxed out for the temperature of the engine. I had it towed to Tradition Chevrolet in Newark, NY. I was told the radiator housing was cracked and the radiator fluid was very low. The low radiator fluid should have been a red flag and caught when the vehicle was being prepped. I doubt the crack would have been found. But the low fluid should have been caught I think. Now I'm noticing the car is not heating up like it used to be, So now I have to bring my car back to the garage. Not a good feeling driving a new car and not feeling comfortable or safe. More
