My service experience was very good. The man that signed me in for my service was very respectful to me. His name is Steve Kerr. I also had him put some new wiper bladeds for me and told me how much the cost would be. When my car was done he told the guy that parked my car to bring it up front for me because I had a cane for walking, and then he walked me to my car and made sure I got in it okay. Then I had to come back because I was having trouble with my Bluetooth in my car. His name was Dylan from the nerd squad. He got in my car and fixed it for me. He was very nice and told me to go home and stay warm. Every time I go to Bob Johnson's everybody is very helpful to me and very nice. My name is Susan Young. I have leased my 2nd. car from them. I have a 2017 Chevy Cruz. I had Steve York as my salesman for both of my cars I have leased from your place. It was fine I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the time it took. I was told two hours and it was over 3 ho I was in for an oil change and tire rotation. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the time it took. I was told two hours and it was over 3 hours and 15 minutes. There were people that came in , with no appointment, for an oil change and tire rotation 25 minutes and 45 minutes after me that left in less than two hours. I went up to the desk a few times to ask the status of my car because I didn't know why it was taking so long. They just kept saying it should be done soon. More

After 2 hours I went to service counter to check on the status of my car I was told that it was done and my paper work would be brought out to me for payment...20 minutes later I finally was able to pay. No apology...very disappointed. More
