Dissapointed I leased a 2019 Chevy Equinox. Hector is a great salesman.The second day of driving it the windshield wiper fluid was out. This should have been fille I leased a 2019 Chevy Equinox. Hector is a great salesman.The second day of driving it the windshield wiper fluid was out. This should have been filled up I think. I loved my car for the first 130 miles. Till one morning driving to work the heat stopped working, alarm was going off for engine overheating. It was maxed out for the temperature of the engine. I had it towed to Tradition Chevrolet in Newark, NY. I was told the radiator housing was cracked and the radiator fluid was very low. The low radiator fluid should have been a red flag and caught when the vehicle was being prepped. I doubt the crack would have been found. But the low fluid should have been caught I think. Now I'm noticing the car is not heating up like it used to be, So now I have to bring my car back to the garage. Not a good feeling driving a new car and not feeling comfortable or safe. More

Poor service First they lost my car, then tried telling me my battery was no good after telling me the report said says my battery was fine and good charge. Questi First they lost my car, then tried telling me my battery was no good after telling me the report said says my battery was fine and good charge. Questioned why I had jumper cables in my car. Treated me like I was stupid. Many people carry jumpers in their car! I used them to jump someone else. And then it was suggested that I killed the battery jumping other. The report said my battery was good. I think they wanted to sell me something I didn't need! They let my battery go dead and did not want to admit it. That last visit there was my LAST visit there. They cant be the only chevy dealership in NY More
