A pleasant experience. Quickly and efficiently done. I have been using Bob Johnson Chevrolet 4 over a year, and have been welcomed, at one point I was taken care of in an emergency. I was treated fairly financially and and the work was very acceptable. Each time that I've made an appointment for oil change, I am well taken care of. everybody that I have dealt with have always been courteous and helpful and pleasant. That's a big help. Oil change Thinking I was in need of an oil change immediately because I was just past my window sticker mileage. When I called and spoke to the service departm Thinking I was in need of an oil change immediately because I was just past my window sticker mileage. When I called and spoke to the service department she told me to check my mileage minder for oil on the computer in the truck and I had 33% left. So I didn’t mind waiting a couple weeks for the oil change. She assured me I would be absolutely fine by the time I came in and she was right I still had 12% left! So the service department women I spoke to knew the vehicle well and I liked that. More

Another outstanding service Brought my vehicle in for an uncommon issue. A technician rode with me so I could point out the issue however he was on able to acknowledge the issue Brought my vehicle in for an uncommon issue. Once the technician drove it again on his own he was able to acknowledge the issue and searched the Buick boards for a related complaint/issue. They were very patient and understanding with me and were determined to fix the issue. More

Worth the Wait 2017 Chevy Cruze had a cracked Piston and my car was in the shop for 10 days. It took a few days for a rental to become availabe but I'm very glad the 2017 Chevy Cruze had a cracked Piston and my car was in the shop for 10 days. Inspection I believe the mechanics are very thorough when they inspect an automobile. And when they find something that needs/should be done, they show the custo I believe the mechanics are very thorough when they inspect an automobile. In and out I went to the Ridge road store for a factory recall. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment time and was taken right in.
