Scheduled oil change I had an 8:00am appointment last week, scheduled two weeks in advance and I waited until about 9:45 for it to be done. It seems that if you preschedule the work it should take about 45 minutes max. This same situation happens pretty much every oil change. The time before this latest oil change they took two vehicles ahead of mine that did not even have an appointment. More

Waited two hours for oil change Why make appt if they can’t guarantee getting out less then hour. My appt was at 3 and car didn’t go in u til 4:30 when I needed to leave before 5 an Why make appt if they can’t guarantee getting out less then hour. Service of Excellence Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and Inspection was informed that I was car #18 and that it might be about 2.5 hours. Service Rep offered to g Came in for an oil change, tire rotation and Inspection was informed that I was car #18 and that it might be about 2.5 hours. Service Rep offered to gave me shuttled home. I was always to embarrassed to be shuttled so I would sit and wait but this day I had a lot yo do so in the best inter of time Bruce shuttled me to the mall. Two hours later I received a call that my car was fine and Driver was on his way to get me. Phone then rings again a second later and it was Bruce the driver telling me he had another drop off before picking me up, stayed he would be about a half hour, 25 minutes later calls to say he is pulling into mall parking lot. He offered to help me with all of the Christmas packages that I purchased. Still great service with the oil change but the personal one on one service from Bruce was AMAZING. He was very friendly, personable, respectful and an all around great guy. He definitely put the customer first. More

Right on schedule Even though I arrived a little early for my appointment, I was taken right in. My car was serviced in the timeframe and for the cost I was quoted. Disappointed I purchased this vehicle here used, I had a service appointment a week ago Tuesday at 7:30 in the am on my 2016 Honda HRV. I was having a cabin filter I purchased this vehicle here used, I had a service appointment a week ago Tuesday at 7:30 in the am on my 2016 Honda HRV. I was having a cabin filter replaced, the tire pressure light on the dashboard turned off, the engine oil light reset and the chip on the front windshield repaired. And also have the engine oil changed. I dropped the car off and was shuttled home. Sean carter was my service advisor. He would call me when done. I called at 12:30, Sean said the car was not yet in to be worked on. I then called at 4:30 and Sean said it was not looked at, he said would expedite the process. He would call when it’s done. Well, it was getting close to 6pm and hadn’t heard anything, I called and Sean said it would be done with in the hour. I was shuttled back. I went to the service counter and Sean was gone for the day. Another fella said the car is ready, but they couldn’t turn off the tire light or reset the engine oil light because they did not have the equipment to do it. The cabin filter they did not have in stock. But they changed the engine oil. An appointment would be made at a later date for the windshield repair. So they had the car for a whole and all they did was changed the oil. I have called Sean twice and I have not received any return calls. I went to one my local repair shops and they were able to turn off my tire light and reset the oil light in less than 5mins. I need your help here, all I am asking is have my cabin air filter replaced because of the smell it bring into the car with heat on and have the crack on the glass repaired. I have never had any customer service issues when I bought my 2015 Silverado in. At least a phone call back, nothing. thank you,Bob More
