This has been the worst experience of my life. I truly believe no work was completed on my vehicle the first time by technician Josh. I paid and left ..my car was worst off than when it came in. I returned it and ended up paying more money and they had my car for almost a month. Now today I'm back because my oil change light is on and I'm burning gas faster than any time I have had in my car. Chris the gentlemen at the desk has a bad disposition when handling issues. Chris the service supervisor has been trying to be accommodating however I feel as though he does not believe me. I want a proper oil change and will probably not ever return to this facility. Im very disappointed and plan to file a complaint with the BBB. More

Disappointed I scheduled my regular oil change online because they send me an email every time I'm due. So I showed up to my appointment and the dealership had no record of me scheduling the appointment. I showed the guy the confirmation email and everything, still couldn't find an appointment. I was very upset because the wait time was 3- 4 hours and I wasn't planing on leaving and coming back. After all that, I get my oil changed and 21 point inspection and get home, the windshield washer notification comes on. They never put wash fluid in the car but it said they did on the service report I was given. It's unfortunate because I really had a great experience when I leased my traverse but I cant say that I had the same experience with the service department. More

Oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment on a Saturday at 10:30am. I asked how long it would take for service and the young man at the desk said they were a little behin I made an appointment on a Saturday at 10:30am. I asked how long it would take for service and the young man at the desk said they were a little behind at stated about 1 1/2 hour wait. I was a little disappointed, due to the fact I had an appointment in order to get in and get out. I went to the waiting room to wait for my vehicle to be serviced. To my dismay, approximately 50 minutes later the young man came to get me and advised me my vehicle was done. I was very impressed on the efficiency of completion. More
Disappointed First off, I’m not normally the type to complain or make a big deal out of things. However, since the purchase of my current vehicle from Bob Johnson First off, I’m not normally the type to complain or make a big deal out of things. However, since the purchase of my current vehicle from Bob Johnson Chevy back in July I have been extremely disappointed with the dealership as a whole. Now, this first thing I’m going to mention I let slide. Looking back now, I should have turned back and made my displeasure known. After leaving the lot the day I picked my truck up (after I was told it was cleaned and detailed prior to my arrival) I noticed food crumbs on top of the center console along with a sauce cup from chick-fil-a inside of the console. Both of which were not present when I took the truck for a test drive the day before, leading me to believe that after I had filled out paperwork to purchase said truck, an employee decided to take it out to lunch and subsequently, never got detailed like I was told that it was. Fast forward now to mid November. I happened to be in the area of the dealership and knowing I needed an oil change soon and needed a couple of things looked at in the truck, I decided to stop in and see what could be done. After standing in the service department for no less than 10 minutes before any employee acknowledged me standing there, I was finally engaged by someone. I was instructed that anything more than an oil change and tire rotation I would need to make an appointment for. No big deal. I scheduled a service appointment 9 days out for the Monday following Thanksgiving. I dropped my truck off around 8:45 am and was given a loaner vehicle. All day Monday, and all day Tuesday I heard nothing from the dealership or service department. Sometime between 7:00 and 8:00pm on Tuesday I received a call from one of the service department employees saying that he was sorry for the delay, they have been busy and still have not even brought my truck in for a diagnostic. Two days now my vehicle has sat at the dealership without even being looked at. Finally, Wednesday afternoon I received a call saying they had the oil change and tire roatation done, diagnostic done and found some computer module to be faulty and needed to be replaced. That part had to be ordered and would take another day to get in. Finally, around 5:00pm on Thursday I received another phone call letting me know my truck was done and ready for pick up. Four days after I had originally dropped it off. I returned to the service department where I stood there for close to another 10 minutes before being engaged by an employee asking if I had been helped. I stated what I was there for, returned the keys to the loaner vehicle and was given the paperwork to take to the cashier and pay while my truck was brought around. I was given a print out of everything that was done along with the multi point inspection print out listing out all the fluids and brake checks done and topped off. The following week, on my way to work, I had a message pop up saying I needed to add windshield washer fluid. Mind you, I had not had to use it since leaving the dealership where they had listed that the checked the level and marked it as full. Short of a faulty sensor, that shouldn’t be showing. Upon getting to work I checked the reservoir and it was indeed empty, or very close to empty. At this point I have lost all faith in what was actually checked and done in regards to service on my truck from this visit, along with what I was told was done to the truck in preparation of me picking it up after purchasing it. I am extremely disappointed with the show of customer service from this dealership all around. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from or seek service here. If I could return my truck to the dealership and walk away without oweing anything , without looking back I certainly would. More

Happy overall with service, -1 star for wiper install charge Good overall service. Oil change, inspection and a minor warranty repair - all good. They are very friendly and efficient. Took away a star for charging me $7 to install wiper blades. Probably took 4 total minutes. My last dealer didn’t charge for wiper blade install. I feel like they make enough on the wipers to have to nickel and dime me on the install. Next time I’ll do it myself More
