I had taken my car in a couple of times while on warranty nothing found even left it overnight. Took it in for an oil change then things were found not under warranty. Chris got me a rental no charge and somehow was able to get half of the work done under warranty. And only because of Chris will I consider purchasing and havingy car service at Bob Johnson. More

Poor customer service I had called on a Monday to schedule an appointment to get the sensor for my ABS checked and the woman I spoke to said that if I dropped my car off We I had called on a Monday to schedule an appointment to get the sensor for my ABS checked and the woman I spoke to said that if I dropped my car off Wednesday night that I would have an 8:15am appointment on Thursday. When I dropped my car off Wednesday night, it took at least 20 minutes for someone to even see me to take my keys and sign the paperwork. Then on Thursday, I waited for a call to hear what was wrong with the car and what service needed to be done but did not hear anything all day. I called the service agent Dan Helmbold at 4:15 and didn't hear back from him for another two hours. When he called me, he said the car still hadn't even been looked at but that it would be first thing the next day. On Friday, Dan contacted my father as I wasn't available at work to answer his call right away, and explained that the sensor needed to be replaced which was expected. When I went to go and pick up the car around four, it still wasn't even ready. Also when I asked about why this had happened since my car only has 30,000 miles on it and that I was concerned it was a manufacturer defect, he couldn't give me a straight answer as to why it happened. I also explained my frustration with having to have work done on the breaks every 6 months and that it doesn't seem right and he couldn't explain why either. He said he would take care of me because i'll f the inconvenience and ended up giving me $40 off, essentially the cost of the tax. I felt very disrespected and not valued as a customer. I have always brought my car to Bob Johnson for service as many members of my family have and I no longer feel that I should do so as I feel taken advantage of. More
