Overall a great experience My 2012 Equinox LT was having engine problems. The engine would stall out. It would start back up but it continued to happen. The issue continued. After spending a good chunk of money for the repair, I was told I needed a fuel pump. So I decided to cut my losses.I ended up trading in my 2012 Equinox for a 2019 Equinox LS. Too long of a wait time Was there for 2 and a half hours for a simple oil change that I had an appointment for. Should have been in and out on less then an hour. I know they had the part there so that wasn't their "excuse." I DID NOT appreciate being made to use a truck for a loaner. I am 82 yrs. & did not like having to struggle to get into the truck. Don't see why you can't offer some sort of sedan to your customers. VERY disappointed w/this part of the service. More
Inspection I was told that my rotors were "delaminating" and would fail the inspection, where as the rotors were replaced in NC last April. I have Verizon "HUM" on this vehicle and nothing indicated that the computer was read. Maybe if the State raised the inspection fee to $178.00 more vehicles would pass. More

3 repair attempts for the same issue. Upon entry to the service area you are not met, spoken to or directed where to go. It feels as if they avoid eye contact with you as if afraid you’ll ask for something. 3 attempts to get the Check Engine light off wasn’t reassuring of their skill level as mechanics - loose battery cable found on 3rd try. So far so good. Service Consultant Daniel was excellent and a saving grace to the company. They need a bigger service dept. Waiting over 2 hrs for oil change is poor. Last time I went to Valvoline - done in 25 min. More
