Crazy wait I made an appointment for 7:30am to get an oil change. When I showed up there were @20 cars already in line and I was told it was first come first se I made an appointment for 7:30am to get an oil change. When I showed up there were @20 cars already in line and I was told it was first come first serve. I stated I had made an appointment and they said that didn’t matter. I was also told it would take an hour and I was there for 2 hours. Kept going back and checking and they said it would be another 5 minutes - it took an additional 45. Not thrilled. More

Bob Johnson has too much work I made an appointment for 11am and as I live in Orleans County I advised them that I would be waiting for the car. Maintenance and inspection. Poor service, had to follow up miltiple times Multiple people called me the wrong name. After I was given an estimate on my car I called later to ask questions and was told that the person I was d Multiple people called me the wrong name. After I was given an estimate on my car I called later to ask questions and was told that the person I was dealing with "did not get the full story about my car from the tech". Had to bring my car back after it was fixed because it was not aligned right and something was hitting the exhaust pipe while I was driving. More
