Tge service was fine I just went in for an oil change. I also ended up getting the air filter changed because it was very dirty. The service took an hour and a half long I just went in for an oil change. I also ended up getting the air filter changed because it was very dirty. Can take a week or two to get an appointment for an oil change and often have to reshuffle it because of a conflict which puts you off another week or two. Oil change takes way too long, last one was about an hour and a half. When we needed them the most we couldn’t get the cars in for service and had to take them elsewhere. One was a cracked piston on a 1 year old car that I had to take elsewhere and the other was a dead battery still under warranty which they wouldn’t cover because I took it somewhere else. I have been getting new cars via lease to not have these issues. During 1 oil change they spilled oil all over the engine compartment, tried to clean it but I still had oil on my garage floor and had to put cat litter down. More

Always good I love to have my car serviced here. It is a leased car and I drive in no appointment needed do some work while I wait and an hour or so later it’s do I love to have my car serviced here. It is a leased car and I drive in no appointment needed do some work while I wait and an hour or so later it’s done! The waiting area is comfortable snacks and drinks available and friendly staff. If a rental is needed free of charge for a longer service it’s no problem. Why would I go anywhere else!! More
