20 point check is a joke I brought my van in for an oil change and their 20 point check. I specially told them I was hearing a noise up front. They said everything was fine. Andrew embodies excellence in customer service I cannot think the team at Bob Johnson 39 for making Geico fix a shoddy repair job by their “recommended body shop provider” when they discovered old I cannot think the team at Bob Johnson 39 for making Geico fix a shoddy repair job by their “recommended body shop provider” when they discovered old damages that had not been repaired. No communication I arrived around five PM to get my oil changed and inspection and was told it would be done between six and six thirty. It wasn't done till a little p I arrived around five PM to get my oil changed and inspection and was told it would be done between six and six thirty. It wasn't done till a little past seven. I saw other people who had arrived after me leave before I did. I understand time estimates can be off but that was way off and the most irritating thing was nobody communicated with me about what was taking so long and when it would be done. When it was finally done I was just handed the bill and directed to the cashier. No mention of how everything looked, no recommendations for anything that may need to be addressed etc. More
