I have never had such a terrible experience here till now! They were supposed to do my routine maintenance and oil change on my car. I scheduled an appt. That still took an hour and 20 min which is ridiculous! They were supposed to do my routine maintenance and oil change on my car. I scheduled an appt. That still took an hour and 20 min which is ridiculous! While sitting in the waiting room it smelled so moldy and there was a constant mold smell blowing at me. When they were done with my car they left it on the side of the building where the rest of the cars that are getting maintenance are parked. I had to set the alarm off to find it. My seat had blue plastic left on it and a tag left hanging from the mirror. They didnt change out my oil change sticker. They didn't switch the tire pressure sensors that they had incorrect from the last visit that I told them to fix. They gave me a paper to sign with what they did at the end. They say they topped off all fluids which included windshield wiper fluid but they didn't. My wind shield wiper fluid was still completely empty so who knows what other fluids they didn't bother to check. Absolutely terrible service! Not related to this I worked with Darwin to get this car. He is also terrible and after selling me the car he never returned my calls or texts regarding it.. like he made the sale and then didn't care. More

Unbearable My clutch pedal was not rebounding after being depressed. I purchased an extentended warranty and a claim was filed by Dan for the work. The claim w My clutch pedal was not rebounding after being depressed. I purchased an extentended warranty and a claim was filed by Dan for the work. The claim was originally denied because the company was told that I needed a new clutch. The breakdown reveal that throw out bearing was cause of failure, and should be covered by warranty. Dan persisted along with me to try to get work covered and warranty company paid a partial payment. Dan helped as much as he could, and it took over 3 weeks to try to get the repairs covered. It still cost me approximately $1800 after discounts and warranty payment. More

I have fought with down and spurr both dealers sucked compared to bob Johnson’s especially when I had an issue with my Chevy cruze I naught from spurr Chevy. Twice it was sent for a transmission leak and came back not fixed. Bob Johnson’s found it within an hour of dropping it off and had it fixed within two days. You guys rock keep it up reason you’re number 1 More

Repair for their mistake Went in for an oil change and had to have my oil pan replaced because they stripped out the drain plug. good and bad points I love the convenience and the hours - but.... I made an appointment for an oilchange and arrived on time and a "walk in" was taken ahead of me who I love the convenience and the hours - but.... I made an appointment for an oilchange and arrived on time and a "walk in" was taken ahead of me who said she had no appointment and also wanted an oil change. so why should I make appointments? I can go to Valvoline and be in/out in less than 1/2 hr w/o an appointment. while going to Bob's although convenient - I don't see the advantage when I'm waiting 1 1/2 hrs for my oil change. I'm thinking maybe I'll only use Bob's for more major work instead. I like the place - but don't see time saving involved here.... thanks amanda More
