Appointment wait time I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have to wait for a minimum of an hour and a half for it to I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have no idea of the 1 person I worked with at the service desk or the 1 person I talked to on the phone to make the appointment, so I’ll pick the first 10 names so I can submit this stupid survey. VERY GOOD SERVICE As soon as I drove in the car was taken in to be serviced. I caught the shuttle as he was looking for someone else but the gentleman said "sure" and As soon as I drove in the car was taken in to be serviced. I caught the shuttle as he was looking for someone else but the gentleman said "sure" and took me home and also picked me up when the car was serviced. The fellows explained all the issues that had to be done and the ones I told them had to be taken care of. RIGHT NOW I AM HAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE TO HAVE HAD ALL THE PROPER THINGS TAKEN CARE OF. More

Took three times to fix problems Engine light and reduced power light came on. They put about 500 miles on the car to test. Had it for a week the first time, a week the second time an Engine light and reduced power light came on. They put about 500 miles on the car to test. Went for help, didnt get it. Went in to have a known factory defect repaired. First they wanted to charge me over $500 to fix what GM had built wrong. Told them no and left. It was 3 days until I heard back, and then only because I expressed my utter dissatisfaction on their follow up call. When I did speak to him, he was very polite and told me that he was sorry, but that's just the way it is. I said that I understood, but wouldn't be back since they cant stand behind their products. He offered a discount... $150 off of the over $500 it was going to cost to fix something that shouldn't have broken to begin with (antenna leak because they used the wrong antenna when they built the vehicle, according to the service rep). I asked why I should pay anything for something that was a manufacturing defect and the service manager, again very politely, said that's all he could do. If the dealership that sells these vehicles cant stand behind the product they sell, they will get no business from me personally or professionally. A real shame. As I have been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years. No more. More
