Appointment wait time I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have to wait for a minimum of an hour and a half for it to I find it ridiculous that when I have made an appointment for a oil change at say 10 am. I have to wait for a minimum of an hour and a half for it to be completed. I have no idea of the 1 person I worked with at the service desk or the 1 person I talked to on the phone to make the appointment, so I’ll pick the first 10 names so I can submit this stupid survey. VERY GOOD SERVICE As soon as I drove in the car was taken in to be serviced. I caught the shuttle as he was looking for someone else but the gentleman said "sure" and As soon as I drove in the car was taken in to be serviced. I caught the shuttle as he was looking for someone else but the gentleman said "sure" and took me home and also picked me up when the car was serviced. The fellows explained all the issues that had to be done and the ones I told them had to be taken care of. RIGHT NOW I AM HAPPY WITH THE VEHICLE TO HAVE HAD ALL THE PROPER THINGS TAKEN CARE OF. More

Took three times to fix problems Engine light and reduced power light came on. They put about 500 miles on the car to test. Had it for a week the first time, a week the second time an Engine light and reduced power light came on. They put about 500 miles on the car to test.
