Went for help, didnt get it. Went in to have a known factory defect repaired. First they wanted to charge me over $500 to fix what GM had built wrong. Told them no and left. It was 3 days until I heard back, and then only because I expressed my utter dissatisfaction on their follow up call. When I did speak to him, he was very polite and told me that he was sorry, but that's just the way it is. I said that I understood, but wouldn't be back since they cant stand behind their products. He offered a discount... $150 off of the over $500 it was going to cost to fix something that shouldn't have broken to begin with (antenna leak because they used the wrong antenna when they built the vehicle, according to the service rep). I asked why I should pay anything for something that was a manufacturing defect and the service manager, again very politely, said that's all he could do. If the dealership that sells these vehicles cant stand behind the product they sell, they will get no business from me personally or professionally. A real shame. As I have been a loyal GM customer for over 30 years. No more. More

Great service except for initial call. My oil light when on and I checked my message board to find out I had less than 5% left of oil life. I had a long distance trip I needed to take for w My oil light when on and I checked my message board to find out I had less than 5% left of oil life. I had a long distance trip I needed to take for work. My initial call was to the service scheduler. She told me that she could not get it I'm till the next week. She was not willing to help me out. So then I called Dan Helmbold. I have dealt with him the past with good results. As always Dan came through for me. He told me to bring it in the next day and they will try and get me In. So I did. Not only did they get me in rather quickly, But they gave me a quick turn around time and had me out the door in less than 2 hrs. To Dan and the other service advisors, thank you for the great customer service and the willingness to help a long time customer. More

Could have been a five star I was very satisfied with the service I got it Bob Johnson. They took care of my vibe airbag recall. Only issue I had with it was they had told me in I was very satisfied with the service I got it Bob Johnson. They took care of my vibe airbag recall. Only issue I had with it was they had told me in the park came in they would call me. Not sure when the part came in, but I called them back to check. That was not my issue. When I called to check the part I was transferred to the parts department. They said it was then sent me back to Service, but Service had no indication that the part was in and had to car parts back. Seems like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. Other than that I was satisfied with my symptoms . More
