Great service except for initial call. My oil light when on and I checked my message board to find out I had less than 5% left of oil life. I had a long distance trip I needed to take for w My oil light when on and I checked my message board to find out I had less than 5% left of oil life. I had a long distance trip I needed to take for work. My initial call was to the service scheduler. She told me that she could not get it I'm till the next week. She was not willing to help me out. So then I called Dan Helmbold. I have dealt with him the past with good results. As always Dan came through for me. He told me to bring it in the next day and they will try and get me In. So I did. Not only did they get me in rather quickly, But they gave me a quick turn around time and had me out the door in less than 2 hrs. To Dan and the other service advisors, thank you for the great customer service and the willingness to help a long time customer. More

Could have been a five star I was very satisfied with the service I got it Bob Johnson. They took care of my vibe airbag recall. Only issue I had with it was they had told me in the park came in they would call me. Not sure when the part came in, but I called them back to check. That was not my issue. When I called to check the part I was transferred to the parts department. They said it was then sent me back to Service, but Service had no indication that the part was in and had to car parts back. Seems like one hand didn’t know what the other was doing. Other than that I was satisfied with my symptoms . More

Most friendly; good price From the second I pulled in there were friendly and happy people taking care of me. I went for an inspection and really only dealt with one guy, but From the second I pulled in there were friendly and happy people taking care of me. I went for an inspection and really only dealt with one guy, but everyone around made sure I was taken care of. And not in an annoying way, but I could see that they asked with the intention of taking care of it themselves. That was really nice. They also didn't have me waiting forever to make it seem like they so many customers. I really liked that! Short, sweet, and to the point. I was on my way back out in about an hour.
