It seemed at first that I might get out in an hour from my 6,000 servicing of a 2017 Cruze. At the end of the hour (and only then) I was told that I would need a tire that I might get out in an hour from my 6,000 servicing of a 2017 Cruze. At the end of the hour (and only then) I was told that I would need a tire replacement (after 11,000 miles or so). That took another hour, and an alignment, with an added bill of 240. I was not happy and still am not. More

Terrible service Customer service horrible. Scheduler horrible I had to make 2 trips because the scheduler messed up. Took 1.5 hrs for s scheduled oil change and i Customer service horrible. WAY too long to wait! This is the FIFTH FREAKIN survey I've taken for a simple oil change. The oil change Took an hour and 20 minutes. Incredibly disappointed with that.
