In particular what stuck out was the fact that your dealership and specifically Andy Bisig genuinely wanted to tackle the ongoing oil consumption issue head on and end what has been a very troubling situation with this vehicle. I wanted to let you know that your efforts are really appreciated and that is does make a difference. I can buy a new car of many brands from any dealer but it is the service after the sale that creates loyalty to a brand and dealership. I currently own four GM products, two Impalas, a GrandAm, and the Equinox and between GM recently extending the warrantee for this oil consumption issue and your helping to make it right goes a long way to restore my faith in the brand. I traded in a 2010 Equinox due to the same oil burning issue and was extremely disappointed that a model 2 years newer had the exact same problem. I swore never to buy a GM vehicle again, ever, but as I said you have helped to restore my opinion of Chevrolet. Thank you! More

Service sucked on so many levels Was told by Anthony that because I was buying my lease, Bob Johnson would do a complete cleaning/detailing. It would take a couple of hours, Anthony said. Scheduled to drop off my car Tuesday (July 24th) morning. Dropped off my car around 10:30am on the 24th. No calls during the day, so I head to the dealership after work, 6pm, to pick up car. Find out car had not been touched. Left the car over night & was it would be done first thing on the 25th. I call around noon on the 25th, to see if my car was ready. Was told over the phone that it was ready & to pick it up anytime after 3:30. Head up to dealer at 4pm. Was told to sit in the waiting room. One hour passes by. Finally see Anthony to have him check on my car. Service manager finally come out, apologies. Go to the car, quickly look around. Had not been washed. I shrug it off. Looks "clean". Smells clean. Leave & go home. Get home, & notice a half assed vacuuming had been done. Back seat seat & floor & trunk area barely touched. Dusting/wiping down was done only on the dashboard & front seat area. Immediately send Anthony pics. I was duped. 2 days & service didn't, for some reason, think my car was worth doing what had been promised. Will never do service there, outside warranty stuff. Will absolutely never refer anyone.
