DEF tank issue I am very pleased with the services received. I had a Diesel Exhaust Fluid service light and from online research expected a large bill as my Cruze is I am very pleased with the services received. I had a Diesel Exhaust Fluid service light and from online research expected a large bill as my Cruze is a 2014. Turns out Andrew the service writer found it was under extended warranty. A big plus for me is everything was pit back together the way they found it. Like they were never their. Everyone was friendly and helpful. More

Good experience with Service Rep & Tech I have had on going bluetooth and radio issues with my 2016 Trax since the day it was delivered to me as a new vehicle. It has been back many times. T I have had on going bluetooth and radio issues with my 2016 Trax since the day it was delivered to me as a new vehicle. It has been back many times. This time I had the opportunity to work with Service Advisor Nicholas DeLettera and Tech Nick Lang. I would highly recommend these two individuals. They listened to my complaints and really seemed to care. Nick Lang immediately drove my vehicle with me to test the bluetooth connection and the brakes which were also a complaint. The brakes were just in need of a cleaning and setting. The radio ended up being replaced for a second time. When I went to pick up my vehicle Nick Lang came out to meet me and went out to the car with me to test everything to make sure it worked again prior to releasing the vehicle back to me. I had been very upset with the dealership prior to this experience. Nicholas and Nick really turned around my view of the dealership. If I ever have any other concerns I will specifically request the same Service Advisor and Tech. More

Maybe #1 dealership in sales, but one of the worst in service. I will never choose to bring any vehicle I have here for any reason. More
Oil change I called to make an appointment for an oil change. Unfortunately they were not able schedule me within the few day window I had. They did suggest the walk in service however, no appointment necessary. So I called again about 30 minutes before I wanted to go in to find out the wait time. They said approximately 1 hour. When I got there, Steve took care of me and also said about an hour wait. Within the hour I was back on the road. A very pleasant experience as usual. More
