Diana from Customer service got me in touch with service rep Mark Jenkins to work out the repair so as not to charge me the entire cost. Willie, Diana and Mark Jenkins bent over backwards to get my tailgate fixed as fast as possible! I can't express enough gratitude to you all for the SUPER SERVICE rendered to me! I am one Satisfied customer and will continue to have my vehicle serviced through Bob Johnson as long as they have excellent Service Reps Like Mark Jenkins!!!! Again thank you to all! Somethings are better left alone The service team started with Steve who as usual was top notch in the intake process for getting my service. The problem arose at the end of the The service team started with Steve who as usual was top notch in the intake process for getting my service. The problem arose at the end of the service. The service technician choose to install my NYS registration which was specifically not installed yet. The technician did not install in the obvious last location, it was installed in a location used for a dash cam as part of my work, the sticker is no where close to lined up with a window line or existing sticker. Simply the old residue needed to be cleaned off so the new sticker would adhere properly in the existing empty location. I have to have it replaced so I can continue to use the dash cam location for the work I need to complete. As I expect you are aware they are not removable and replaceable. I understand this seems like a petty issue for most, however this affects my contracts I have and my effort to meet my needs not to mention it looks like a 3 year old installed the sticker. Being a couple decade customer with multiple GM vehicles, I question weather Bob Johnson dealerships are the place I will use for future service or purchase. Exceptionally disappointed in this experience. 2 weeks later still no contact from the dealership to the issue. More
